Another Spring Semester, Another Ground School!

Welcome back for the Spring Semester at MIT. The Flying Club is once again swooping, banking, and humming with activity. This semester will bring another ground school. Open to all MIT students. If you’re not an MIT student (Harvard students, faculty, staff, alum, etc), email me (Charles, the webmaster) for more details at cbarr@mit.edu

Every Thursday night (Feb 7 – May 9)
7pm-9pm
Location: 37-212
Cost: FREE!
Minimum Supplies Needed: Knowledge test prep book, textbook, plotter, E6B, NY sectional (We will go over what these are and when you will need them during the first class)

Open to members of the MIT community:

We’ll be having our semester kick-off BBQ on Friday, Oct 12 (Tomorrow) at 5:15pm at the Kresge BBQ pits. That’s behind the Kresge auditorium and in front of the Z-Center. Come over if you would like to hear more about what the club has to offer, you would like to go flying, or just watching planes fly over your head. You would like to meet other pilots, or just get some free food and meet new people!
